On December 17, 2009, Kohsantepheapdaily posted an article about the eldest person in Cambodia, Lok Ta Chap Preang, 111 years old living in Srok Veal Veng. While we are very happy to learn that he lives the longest, our members were deeply sadden by the fact that he is very poor and living alone by himself in a remote village and he has a serious back problem that he has to sit while he is sleeping. Please see the picture posted in the front page of www.Angkorthom.US.
Our members have collected $500 so far to help him. Our Admin Team in Cambodia, Monireth Toy has arranged a trip to his village with Bayon TV crew to deliver the donations in the form of foods, clothes, medicines and other necessities to him on January 17, 2010. Please help pass the information to other friends you know in case they are interested in helping our eldest person in Cambodia.
