Dear Perom , I have never the opportunity to talk with Lok Pou Yuko , but I knew him also by you , and by some talking of him in the K&A forum . It's enough to catch his humanity . Bang Nearovi, I have some exchanges with him when he was hospitalised at Montreal . he's one year elder than me. As we are from the same "faculté de Génie civil de l'Université Royale du Cambodge" and after in France in the same " Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées" and as we were living also in the same " Maison du Cambodge" , So ,many souvenirs are still vivid . We are exchanging also some political opinions with regards to Monks and King Family, but I can never be a great political . On october 2007 , my Wife Kham Khean and I , we have visited many freinds in Canada .
