TheKhmer-Yuon border is one of the most sensitive topics that theCambodian 
authorities and Yuon do not want to hear.
OnDecember 23  Mrs. Meas Srey, 39, and Mr. Chea Prum, 41ans KhumChantrea 
province of Svay Rieng were charged and arrested forexpressing their discontent 
regarding border demarcation. Another case of abuse and injustice.

Onbehalf of MS-PRS (PRS-Moronak Sangkruos) for a humanitarian reason, weask you 
to be sensitive in this case, show to our two victimec that we, Khmers abroad 
support their cause and we are with them for the justice. For more details, 
please see the message below.

cambodgiennes et les yuons  ne veullent pas entendre.
 Le 23 dec dernier Mme. Meas Srey, 39 ans, et  M. Prum Chea, 41ans de Khum 
Chantreade la province de Svay Rieng étaient accusés et arrêtés pour avoir 
manifesté leur mécontentement dans sujet de démarcation de frontière. Un autre 
cas d'abuse et d'injustice grave.

Au nom de SRP-MS (SRP-Moronak Sangkruos), pour une cause humanitaire, nous vous 
demandons à être sensible dans ce cas, à montrer à nos deux victimes que nous, 
Khmers à l'étranger supportons leur cause et nous sommes avec eux pour la
