Maybe one day Hun Sen will apologize to Cambodians. Yet, it still doesn't make Sam Rainsy right to do wha the did.
As a leader, his act was nothing more than to show his disagreement on his own hand. That's bad. A leader would do a wrong thing to demonstrate is wrong.
