STATEMENT
I would like to inform all interested persons that I am exposing tomorrow, at a
press conference in Phnom Penh, additional evidence based on thorough
historical and geographic research and modern technologies that confirms that
Cambodia is victim of border encroachment. I defy anybody, especially competent
government officials from both Cambodia and Vietnam, to prove the contrary. I
am sure all independent experts all over the world, if asked by any interested
institution, would confirm that I am right. The truth on this issue will have
far reaching political implications. This is why the Hun Sen government is so
nervous about this case as reflected by the way they handled today's sham and
speedy trial and their threat to prosecute anybody who would publicise the
evidence I am exposing.
