Funraising but also a conference? Sounds like it. Discuss and resolve hot issues concerning our country during a funraising with all parties? Are you kidding me?

The flyer looks good though. Have fun!

Dear Racy & friends @ SRP, HRP,

Please join us for Cahrad annual fundraising on hhis coming Feb 6, 2010. This year CAHRAD will organize a big meeting sometime in October (Parris accord 1991). We’ll invite all Khmer around the worl ds (RSP, CBC, HRP, event CPP) to discuss/resolve the hot issues conc erning our country (Border issue, Democracy, Human Rights, and natio nal election, etc… The main point is, I personally would like the SR P, & HRP people have opportunity to get to know other khmers around the DC area. Som congressmen from Tom Lantos Commission (and possib ly the Khmer ambassador) will be there as well.

So please come to join us.

CAHRAD Vice President Public Relation
