If you rate an F on Hun Sen, you should rate less than an F on Sam Rainsy because his stupidity. Look at him now. Where is Sam Rainsy? That's right. He is living in France in a comfortable home while nis supporters are facing criminal prosecution. What kind of leader is that? Do you know what Sam Rainsy is doing now? He is drumming support from other countries. He is trying to get those nations to hate his country because he is trying to portrait himself as the only leader for democracy in Cambodia. Is that a right act for Cambodia? Is that an interest of the Cambodian people?
