SAVE CAMBODIA FROM THE VIETNAMESE EXPANSION HUN SEN (former Khmer Rouge commander) became the Prime Minister of Cambodia in 1985 and was at that time the world’s youngest and uneducated Prime Minister at age 33. He was installed by the Vietnamese Government and since then Cambodia became one of the world’s poorest, lawless, and most corrupted country. Hun Sen has the most PhD Degrees and the most stupid Cambodian leader in the Cambodian History by allowing the Vietnamese to take over the Cambodian territory and killing Cambodian.
A Vietnamese puppet, Hun Sen has been involved with criminal activities that are destroying thousand year-old forests and the Khmer natural resources. The killing of marine life in the great lake (Tonle Sap) by the Vietnamese has effected millions of the Cambodian (Khmers) living around the lake. Both marine life and people are suffering and dying from the polluted water while illegal land-grabs and forced evictions have turned more than a million Khmers homeless (Hun Sen’s forced evictions are focusing only on the Khmer people). Crimes against humanity, human rights abuses, illegal drug trafficking, lack of freedom of speech and expression, land rights abuses, corruption, bribery, money laundering, extortion, torture, kidnapping, abused foreigners, the murder of Human Rights activists and Journalists, lawless and unfair justice systems, election fraud by granting 7 million Vietnamese Cambodian citizenship, allowing 7 million Vietnamese to take over Cambodian territory for free…these are just the beginning of a long list of corruptive practices taking place in Cambodia since the installment of Hun Sen as Prime Minister. In additions, Hun Sen has given the Vietnamese access to build highways, roads, railways, bridges, 80 border gates, air bases, army bases, navy bases, telecommunication systems, TV, radio stations, airlines, and etc. Hun Sen also banned the Miss Cambodia Pageants and demolished the national airline (Royal Air Cambodge) so that Cambodians will have nothing to represent in the World. Hun Sen promoted Cambodia Angkor Air is a Vietnam Airlines subsidiary and banned Siem Reap Airway was a Bangkok Airway subsidiary, Metfone is (Viettel) Vietnamese military telecommunication and hundreds more are coming to replaces the foreign companies that closed or moved out of Cambodia due to corruption, bribery, strikes, and etc. Hun Sen never served the Cambodian interests; he is acting like a Vietnamese Provincial Governor. He always protecting and serving the Vietnamese and evicted millions of Cambodian and gave the land to the Vietnamese. The Vietnamese violated the International Laws, United Nations Resolution Paris Peace Agreements in 1991, Cambodian National Security, Secrecy and Privacy acts, the Khmer Laws of the 1900’s, the French Bonne Map of 1954 by encroaching and moving the border markers. The Cambodia-Vietnam border demarcation started in 2005 to be completed by 2008 but the Vietnamese has changed to 2012. All the border markers the Vietnamese has been installed are not official without the United Nations, ASEAN, and International Community supervision, inspection and protect by the United Nations peacekeepers. Hun Sen kept silence on the Cambodia-Vietnam border demarcation and declares war on Cambodia-Thai border for Preah Vihear temple and surrounding area of 5 sq. km. While Cambodia (181,600 sq. km.) is still occupied and control by the Vietnamese government. Hun Sen will punish any Cambodian who anti-Vietnamese on the border issues and the Vietnamese living in Cambodia. It is a deadly consequence to all the Cambodian under the Vietnamese supervision and land-grabbed by forced evictions. The Vietnamese is using the Cambodian elites to kill the poor Cambodian same as the Khmer Rouge killing fields. This time is the Vietnamese systematic smooth, unnoticed, and unknown to the World as we describes and we called the Vietnamese planned SILENCE HOLOCAUST. The Vietnamese demanded Hun Sen to delay, interfere, bribe, complicate and confuse the International Lawyers in the Khmer Rouge leader’s tribunal resulting in a stalemate and exhausting the funds. They wanted to allow time for all the Khmer Rouge senior leaders to die so that the Vietnamese involvement during the Khmer Rouge era 1960-79 can be silenced and erased. The Khmer Rouge trials will never come to an end if Hun Sen is still alive, active, aggressive and protecting the Khmer Rouge leaders. The Vietnamese was surprised after the invasion in 1979 because so many Cambodians were still alive. The Khmer Rouge must not have done a good job of killing and wiping out the Khmer population so the Vietnamese created a new SILENCE HOLOCAUST that is killing millions of Cambodians from 1980 to present by using the Vietnamese systems of no free and public Healthcare and Medicare systems (40,000 infants die each year), no free Education Systems, no Welfare and Supplemental income, no Employment Laws and Regulations, no Security and Law Enforcements, no Traffic Laws and Regulations, no Food and Drug inspections, no Housing Regulations, no clean water and sewage systems, etc. All of the above activities are aimed at slowly eradicating all of the Cambodians (Khmers) in the region. As Ho Chi Minh had planned 60 years ago, the Vietnamese wanted to continue the plan by silencing Cambodia from the International Community and erase from the World Map. The Cambodian-Vietnamese friendship means nothing to the Vietnamese. It was a Vietnamese tactic to takeover all the Cambodian businesses, investments, jobs, land, and control Hun Sen’s government in order to support and create jobs for the Vietnamese living in Cambodia. Every Vietnamese has been trained and organized by the Vietnamese government to be professional occupiers, land-grabbers, manipulators, and murderers in Cambodia. That has effected millions of Khmers are suffering, starving and impossible to survive in the refugee camps with empty land and no jobs available. This is a SILENT HOLOCAUST which was the Vietnamese has done to the Kampuchea Krom in South Vietnam, 20 millions Khmer Krom in 1940’s today about 10 million survived the Vietnamese planned SILENCE HOLOCAUST. The Hun Sen’s census shown only 5% of the Vietnamese living in Cambodia but the actual number was 50% of the Cambodian population. The Cambodian long term suffering, starvation, homelessness, etc. will never end under the Vietnamese occupation and force evictions of the Khmer population continue. The depression, recession, humanitarian crisis, foods crisis, health care crisis, housing crisis, job markets crisis, and the land rights crisis are killing Cambodian every day. The United Nations General Assembly must draft a law and a stronger resolution to ban Vietnam from taking over the powerless country of Cambodia. The United Nations must control and monitor each country’s independence and autonomy and keep such countries as Cambodia under the United Nations supervision. Cambodia is desperately in need of help before it is too late like Tibet and Kashmir. We are in a modern day era where every country should be respecting, helping each other, and living peacefully side by side. However, the Vietnamese has never respected Cambodia as a neighbor. Even though the Paris Peace Agreements has failed, the United Nations must protect and save Cambodia from the Vietnamese expansion it is part of the Paris Peace Agreements. Cambodia was a member of the United Nations since 1955 and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) these memberships must stay and protect forever no matter what the Vietnamese is demanding. Please remember that Cambodians did not have a say in the Vietnamese planned expansion. The current Prime Minister and the Cambodian King have been and are continuing to be used as human shields to protect the Vietnamese from the United Nations and foreign condemnations and criticism. It is not an Internal Affair when the Vietnamese government is supervising and using the Cambodian King and Prime Minister to keep Cambodian silence, this is an International Affair. The United Nations and ASEAN must remove this mafia government peacefully and install new government in order to save millions of Cambodian that are suffering and dying every day from the Vietnamese planned SILENCE HOLOCAUST. Today peace and stability is for the 7 million Vietnamese living on Cambodian land; the 7 million Cambodians in the country are the poorest, suffering from starvation, hardship, joblessness, powerless, hopelessness, helplessness, insecurity, illiterate and homelessness in their own country by the Vietnamese expansion. The International Community must not stay silence and continue losing Cambodia. The United Nations must protect and save Cambodia now since we are powerless to fight against the 90 million Vietnamese that control Hun Sen’s government and the Cambodian armed forces.
