YOU MUST HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT Norodom Sihanouk was the prime minister of Cambodia. He was the one who allowed Vietcong and NVA to use Cambodian soil to move troops and supplies to fight the Americans and SVA in south Vietnam. It was Norodom Sihanouk who allowed China to use Cambodian seaport to move wepans to supply NVA and Vietcong in South vietnam.
