Hun Sen and his CPP don't need to put out any propaganda for prove anything.\ Sam Rainsy shows it very clear who his supporters are. He and his cronies have been going around the world telling other nations how bad Cambodia has been. He also solicited the help of others to help him destroy other group of his enemies in his own country. What kind of Cambodians is Sam Rainsy? What kind of leader is he? > This new propaganda campaign by the CPP-led government to lure > Cambodian-American and others can be concluded as a positive sign, especially > for Cambodia since it proves once again the government needs us and rather > badly at this time, given the economic demise and political pressure inside > the land. Cambodian Americans are not living in Cambodia. You may see one or two here and there who have returned to Cambodia. The majority of them would not even make a step back to Cambodia. They are very loud only in America. They have no courage to participate in Cambodia rebuilding. Yet, they think they are the best Cambodians. I bet you that that is all they would do. They use their money to initimidate others in Cambodia to fight each other. Who are living to see what the end result would be. You are right. The Cambodian people are the ones who will suffer from the consequences. Sam Rainsy is one of them. Look at him. Where is he now? Ofcourse, he is living in a comfortable home in France when he gets in trouble. The Cambodian Americans don't even have to face it because they dare nothing to in that position. They can be only loud mouth. > Given issues facing the country today on all fronts: economic mismanagement, > systemic corruptions, forced land evictions, border encroachments, false > charges and judicial wrongful convictions, illegal logging and continued > deforestation, and the political bullying of its main opposition, the > government is trying hard to convince donors' nations to overlook its own > failure and credibility and getting Cambodian-American abroad to play > American politics to its tune would be a new hope of consolidating its power > and attract free money from donors. > Go back there and participate in the political process. Don't try to tell us about how powerful CPP or Hun Sen is etc...... Do it if you really love Cambodia. Don't try to do it from a very distance. It doesn't do any good for Cambodians. > One must understand the critical role Cambodian-American and others abroad > are playing in shaping up the country's future. If you love Cambodia, go over there and be a part of the nation rebuilding. Don't try to hate other Cambodians like Sam Rainsy and his cronies have been doing. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Cambodia Discussion (CAMDISC) - www.cambodia.org" group.
