Creativity can create opportunities for change. However, the change can take place only when PEOPLE HAVE THE WILL AND COOPERATION TO CHANGE. In the Cambodian mind set, their culture and behavior are very difficult to change. People look at themselves more than anything else. Their role in their own society is very minimal. They want to take it for themselves as much as they could. Who would care of others? This is why we keep saying that the Cambodian peole practice a culture of corruption and impunity over no one but their own. This is a part of the Cambodian culture. It would take awful alot to change. That was why Khmer Rouge exist. Today, Khmer Rouge looks very bad because they did bad things furing their reign of terror. Next generation and therafter will look at as history if they will remember. Then the poor people and the unfortunate will look at their society again as an awful society where they still get trapped in their poverty stage from one generation to another. Then the anger toward their own society will be mounted higher and higher until it explode again one day. Then there will be another faction who has the sympathetic mind like Khmer Rouge did to the dum ass Cambodian peasants. Then Khmer Rouge style of revolutin will be born again to fight in another civil war again. Then what You all know the answer. There is a revolving door. Mark my word for it. It will go round and round until the Cambodfian society is changed.
