Cambodians play psychological games for themselves all the time. You can see proverb this, proverb that etc....... They use it to promote A view to win over another view. They are not representing the interest of Cambodia as the whole. Vietnamese don't need psychological games to win over Cambodia. Cambodians open it wide open all the time for Vietnamese to explore Cambodia. Look back at the recent history from one regime to another. The majority of those regimes were partners with Vietnam. Cambodians asked Vietnamese to help them fight their own people in their own country so they can get the power. Do you get it?
