Dear Pheng Kim Ving,

Kangaroo is a good man, but one of his idea is dangerous. Although I
will do anything to defend his rights to say whatever he wants to say
in this forum, I noticed that he said something that completely
crossed the line even for me. Please do not misconstrue my
statement. I simply said that one of his idea is dangerous (He is not
a dangerous man); that is the idea that in the past he has said that
Cambodia should be part or should join Thailand.

On this point, I draw the line. As poor and as messy as we are,
Cambodia is a sovereign nation fully recognized by the world or the
United Nations. We may not get along among ourselves, but one should
never advocate such idea.

I still respect Kangaroo, but we all should beware of this idea.

Your friend,

Jay
