Lok Savun, you are right, that's what we want to see, but it won't happen, they 
are not going to dig out about how they own their property prior to the new 
laws in effect, but from the day the law take affect, that's why I said this 
law is to help the big corruption thugs get their asses clean officially. If 
they are to question about their assets prior to the date this law in effect 
none of the big CPP thugs would get away, but well this is a big joke as I said!
  Some of you might had watched a Khmer video long time ago ( 1983-85? ), title 
" Thann Teang Bei " starring Khai Piseth and others, later this video was 
banned by the government because the story showed real issues of the society, 
that includes corruption as well, one sciene I like the most and also I think 
this is one of the reasons they banned this video, it was the sciene when a 
boss cursing, blaming a maid/servant for not cleaning the stair steps neatly 
and the servant replied if we want to clean the stair well we have to clean 
from top to bottom not from bottom to top, the same way as cleaning up the 
corruption in the government ...
