Dear Chamnap Keo, Suppose it's true that the communist Laotians tried to commit a genocide against the Hmong people. See!! The Hmongs are only an ethnic minority in Laos!! They of course aren't the entire Laotian people!! See!! The communist Laotians didn't commit a genocide against its own (entire) people!!
