Dear Chamnap Keo, Suppose it's true that the communist Laotians tried to commit a genocide against the Hmong people. See!! The Hmongs are only an ethnic minority in Laos!! They of course aren't the entire Laotian people!! See!! The communist Laotians didn't commit a genocide against its own (entire) people!! Dear Chamnap, how would you feel if someone was shocked and exclaimed to you: "What, the Vietnamese could make you the Khmers chop the heads of each other?? D'ohh!! Are you robots or dogs or circus animals or something??" ================ Accusing the Viets of training and/or ordering the Khmer Rouge to commit the genocide against their (the Khmer Rouge's) own people the Cambodian people amounts to declaring that the Viets are smart and the Khmers are stupid, or at least that the Viets are smarter than the Khmers. Do you like this scenario??
