Good remark Om Bros. No I dont have troyoung chek for this time. First it is rare and expensive and I don’t know how to whiter it so I often replace by something else. We generally can use a bunch of vegetal to accompany Nom Banhchok somlor Khmer. I sometime use thieng spie chin or porpeay to replace troyoung chek, not bad at all, you can try. Recently a friend of mine asked me to try spey chrouk and I adopt it at one because it marries well with nom Banhchok. If you like acid taste with Nom Banhchol, you should try it. Regards
