Now, the Vietnamese president visited Cambodia. So what's wrong with having his photos in Phnom Penh?? If you don't like any Vietnam-related policy of the current Cambodian government who's elected by the Cambodian people, you should go to Cambodia and try to convince the Cambodian people to not elect the CPP.
