I meant Cambodian Government signed exclusive 99 years contract with French and Malaysian company to build and manage any international airports in Cambodia. That's why I said Korean company not gonna have a chance. I believe the article announce by Long Chheng is for corruption money up front and later to tell Korean sorry there is exclusive contract. This is happen years ago before current Siem Reap airport was build.
