Even I cant be there but my heart will be with all of you. Please remember importance of Paris Peace Agreement and its applications with involvement and role of international community to realize it. Of course laws, theory, treaty needs force or execution power to realize it. In 1991, international community give Khmer people an (virtual) arm/power to use against those killers and aggressors but unfortunately that arm has been rapped and stolen, diverted by those assassins who controlled and continue to control Cambodia to use it against Khmer people instead.
