Who Killed Chea Vichea? is a documentary investigation of the murder of
Cambodia's top labor leader and the subsequent arrest and imprisonment of two
men, Born Samnang and Sok Sam Oeun, despite their alibis. It was named among
the Top Ten Movies That Matter by Amnesty International and won Best Political
Film at the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival, among other awards. In May
it was declared illegal to screen in Cambodia.
