Here is how it works. We bring the democratic of kampuchea for this discussion because the regime reitterated purely on Khmer Race. They wanted only Cambodian race in Cambodia. That was why they killed almost all of minority groups. They put them in areas where it's very difficult to cultivate and facing all kind of disease. The majority of those minority groups died from starvation, malnutrition, disease, and ofcourse extermination.
Now, we are hearing this Khmer Race again. Fortunately, the Cambodian people in Cambodia today have learned their lessons. Many pure Cambodian race have given up thier poor life in agriculture and adopted the chinese or vietnamese version of living. They now participate in business practices instead of raising crops for living. My friend, Cambodians today are better than they had ever been. Their innovation has promoted opportunities for all, not just a few. The world cannot forget that this is Cambodia where Cambodians live.
