It is safer if the small countries in South East Asia are under the protection of China. But the Nanyue or Yue-Nan aka Vietnam will be definitely China's province. South Vietnam today was discovered by Chinese fishermen thousand years ago, and it has to return to the rightful owner, Chinese.
