Any societies on earth have bad and good people. However, people live in a society of their own. They develop their own culture. Bad or good people together all believe in that culture. It means that any cultures consist of bad and good people. However, they do practice the same culture within their own. You can distinguish bad and good poeple withing the culture. However, you CANNOT distinguish the culture of that group of bad and good people.
