You said it right. Vietnamese has all Cambodians have today. Then they have alot more that Cambodians don't have. One of those things is their export. They produced products that suitable for consumers in America under American laws. Where is the Cambodian products? My friend, Vietnamese broke the barrier with Americans decades ago. They ever since started to produced goods to sell in America. Today, it translates into billions of dollars for Vietnam. I don't know about you. Billions of dollars mean alot for the country. You can come out with fair or unfair distribution of that money etc..... It is still billions of dollars. What does Cambodia have to show? Zero...... They beg for money. They always do. They are so busy killing each other for power so they can corrupt to practice the culture of impunity over no one but their own people in their own country. Then they blame it on other nation. At the same time, Vietnamese and Thais injected themselves into the world economy to bring billions of dollars for their own country. I don't know how many times have you ever visited Vietnam. Vietnam was a very poor country in the early 80s. It's below Cambodia. Today, they have surpassed Cambodia as far as the eyesight can see. How did they do it? They tried to find ways to improve their own nation instead of killing each other. Is that what you see too?
