Kangaroo, you said: There is no comparison between Vietnam and Cambodia. Vietnamese have injected themselves in the world economy while Cambodians are still struggling to find their own identity. As far as I know, Cambodians have always been learning about running their own country from Vietnam including the king Sihanouk.
This is my response: So Cambodia is going the other way around, having more than 60 private universities with international curriculum standard, there are hundred all English schools anywhere in the country, more than thousand churches, more than three thousand NGO, more than hundred channel private TV cable and free Satellite TV. Cambodian can spend on the street US dollars or keep them on any bank. They can even criticize on government but not defame them. Kangaroo, you tell me that Vietnam has all of what Cambodia has today? That is why you said: Cambodians have always been learning about running their own country from Vietnam including the king Sihanouk. Please waike up Kangaroo; are you still sleeping with a very good dream? Or you are living out of Vietnam? If so, come to visit it, then go to see Phnom Penh. But don't forget Vietnam is a communist country and Cambodia is free. Thank you with my best regard.
