I have to disagree with you of your statement “That is the way Cambodians would 
do business.”   

If you are saying that is the way Cambodian who in power would do business. I 
will agree with you, and the  IMPUNITY a must to keep their family and  friends 
in power.

As you can see what printed on the shoe, it is Norodom’s Sihanouk’s logo…people 
need to realize that Norodom Sihanouk is not a nice human as everyone has seen 
in the news or in public eyes. He is more of controlled type of person; he 
would 
not let anyone walk into his ways, they have to following his tail.
Cambodia is not FREEDOM loving country.  Cambodia is NOT Democracy country as 
many Khmer politicians are claiming.  Cambodia is Monarchy country.
