the whole show seemed at least a temporary handoff. An embattled president,
fresh off an electoral shellacking and struggling to sell a controversial tax
deal to members of his own party, turned to a former president who, exactly 16
years ago, was struggling to right his own presidency after a defeat of almost
similar magnitude. President Obama had invited former president Bill Clinton to
the White House for a private talk, the details of which neither man chose to
describe.

The unannounced visit by President Obama and former President Bill Clinton to
the White House briefing room was a surprise to absolutely everyone – including
Mr. Obama’s top advisers. When the meeting between the two men ended just after
4:15 p.m. on Friday, virtually everyone in the West Wing was in the White House
residence at the annual holiday party for the building’s overworked staff. The
leader of the free world and the ex-leader wandered a deserted hallway, past
the offices of the senior advisers, only to discover the door to the press
corps briefing room locked.

You don't stop Bill Clinton when he's back at the White House with something to
say. Well, OK. He and President Barack Obama, two of the most famous men in the
world, did need a little help getting a door unlocked first. But then it was
on. The former president came before surprised reporters to let it be known
that he endorsed the tax deal that Obama cut with the Republican Party, even
though many Democrats were raising a fuss about it. That was the news. But it
wasn't the story.

Feb. 27, 1982 : UN Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva adopted a
resolution condemning Vietnam’s occupation of Cambodia as a violation of
Cambodian human rights. The vote was 28 in favor, 8 against, and 5 abstentions.
Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.
10 UN RESOLUTIONS,(1979-1988) VOTED BY 116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES ,CALL VIETNAM TO
CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER TROOPS FROM THE COUNTRY, ARE

As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops :
1. despite the call from the US President Reagan to Vietnam to cease her
occupation of Cambodia since 1988.
2. because America, under President Clinton,( Anti Khmer race ,like Henry
Kissinger and his policy of bombing and invasion of Cambodia in 1970's) by
1995 and his group had reversed the Reagan adminstration 's compliance with the
10 UN resolutions.
CAMBODIA today remains OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM 1979-2010.
Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese communist invaders.
Vietnam must cease her occupation of Cambodia at once.
