Ignorance or smart, this shows people's mentality toward things. - Khmer leadership institution is incomptetent and rotten corrupt. - Khmer religious institution is ignorant and corrupt. - Khmer intellectual institution is a clown. - Khmer military and civil servants are uneducated and rotten corrupt. - Khmer farmers are superstitious and ignorant. - Khmer kids get no quality education.
