Stop blame others for your own illnesses. You said itlsef about Sihanouk and others. You also said how bad they had done to sell their country to Vietnam etc... We just assume that it is true for the moment. Then we can't just blame Vietnamese. Those Cambodians too are responsible. If they did not participate as you said, the situation would not have happened. So here it is. Is it not the Cambodians who destroy their own country in the name of other nations? Please look at yourself before you blame others. Isn't it what people always say?
