Lok Khem Khiev: I think you are distorting history by accusing former monarch handed over the island of Koh Trol to Vietnamese.How you get this fact or you just fabricate to defame the former king for your own emotional benefit. Prior to 1953, the kingdom was under colonial rule, French owned everything, the destiny of the kingdom was under French's hand . It was not former king who ceded this island to Viet.Please read history again.
