I see a lot chinese descents don't know Chinese. I see also now most Cambodian second generation children don't know how to speak Khmer. I will see the third with none Khmer speaking.
Please don't worry about Vietmese in Cambodian, There are now two or three Primery schools in every village, one or two colleges in every district then thee or four Universities in every Privince.
