I agreed with you. Thank to CPP under Samdach Decho Hun Sen whose policy is driving the kingdom of Kampuchea to the right direction by permitting Vietnamization in his kingdom. In fact the three Samdachs are happy to see this kingdom dominated once more by Vietnam.U.S is worried about China influencing Cambodia, according to Wikilealks, every cable sent from U.S embassy to State Department was China, never mention about the growing population of Vietnamese in Cambodia. Samdach Decho enjoyed his presiding ceremonial of Chinese aides.
