1- People of Cambodia are Cambodian citizen,( “Polrath Kampuchea”) 2- Cambodia is from Cambodian for Cambodian. 3- State of Cambodia is separated from religion. 4- Religion is belonging solely to the people. 5-Cambodia needs good governance and the rule of law. Young Cambodian should wait for Word Bank’s “full hospice accomplishment works”, as more time is needed, for more education, especially English so that they could possibly research new knowledge through websites, around the world, they could learn with no restriction. Then, when the time will come, Cambodian themselves, no other, will create a movement for a big momentum for a change. Please stay quiet for the moment, but don’t forget to communicate this important corruption tip to families and friends.
