I did met him in person. I can say that Hun Sen is part of the problems inside Cambodia. And also that his administration is making the country and Khmer citizen a very hard time to travel outside the country. Him Sen is not a solution for Cambodia either. Your call to change the constitution. You should ask Hun Sen himself, one of the member. I don't think that he will listen to you. Hun Sen has mental illness.
