ណាសា៖ ផ្កាយរណប UARS ទម្ងន់៦,៥តោន នឹងធ្លាក់មក ត្រូវភពផែនដី នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ខាងមុខ Sunday, 18 September 2011 12:29 ប្រែសម្រួលដោយៈ ផេង ផាណុន បណ្តាអ្នកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ របស់អង្គការណាសា បាននិយាយកាលពីថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ថាផ្កាយរណបឈ្មោះUARS (The Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite) ត្រូវបានគេរំពឹងថានឹងធ្លាក់មកលើភពផែនដីនៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញានាសប្តាហ៍ក្រោយនេះ ហើយវានឹងបែកបាក់ជាបំណែកៗតែម្តង ។ យោងទៅតាមគេហទំព័រ របស់កាសែត The New York Business Time បានឲ្យដឹងនៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ថាផ្កាយរណប UARS មានទង្ងន់ ៦,៥តោន ដែលត្រូវបាន បង្ហោះជាមួយ នឹងក្តីសង្ឃឹមរបស់មនុស្សជាតិនោះ បានក្លាយទៅជាវត្ថុ ដ៏គួរឲ្យភ័យខ្លាចមួយ បន្ទាប់ពីបានចំណាយពេលនៅលើលំហអាកាស អស់រយៈពេល២០ឆ្នាំហើយនោះ។ អង្គការណាសា បាននិយាយថា ខណៈការព្យាករណ៍ពីដំបូង នៃការធ្លាក់ផ្កាយរណប UARS គឺក្នុងចន្លោះពីខែកញ្ញា នឹងដើមខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ ទីភ្នាក់លំហអាកាស បានបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីថាផ្កាយរណប UARS នឹងវិលត្រលប់មកភពផែនដីវិញ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញាសប្តាហ៍ក្រោយ បើមិនចំថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា វាអាចមុនមួយថ្ងៃ ឬក៏ក្រោយមួយថ្ងៃ ។ បណ្តាមន្ត្រីរបស់អង្គការណាសា បាននិយាយថា “ខ្លួននឹងបង្ហាញពី ភស្តុតាងមួយចំនួន ឲ្យបាន២ម៉ោងមុននឹងផ្កាយរណប UARS ធ្លាក់មកដល់បរិយាកាសផែនដី ” ។ ផ្កាយរណប UARS ត្រូវបានបញ្ឈប់ការប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៥ ខណៈដែលវាបានអស់ថាមពល បន្ទាប់ពីបំពេញបេសកកម្ម រយៈពេល១៤ឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីសិក្សាអំពីបរិយាកាសផែនដី ហើយនិងអន្តរកម្មផែនដី នឹងព្រះអាទិត្យ ។ ទីភ្នាក់ងាររបស់អង្គការណាសា បានព្រមានជាសាធារណៈថា “ប្រសិនបើលោកអ្នកឃើញរបស់ផ្សេងៗដែលសង្ស័យថាជាបំណែកនៃផ្កាយរណប UARS សូមកុំប៉ះពាល់វាឲ្យសោះ។ បន្ទាប់មកទាក់ទងមន្ត្រី ក្នុងតំបន់ដើម្បីជាជំនួយ ” ។ យោងទៅតាមគេហទំព័រ Space.com បានឲ្យដឹងថា យ៉ាងហោចណាសមានបំនែកវត្ថុជាង ២២,០០០ដែលមានប្រវែងធំជាង ៤ inches (1 inch = 2.54 សង់ទីម៉ែត្រ)នៅក្នុងបរិយាកាសនាពេលថ្មីៗនេះដែលត្រូវបានផ្តិតយកដោយ ភ្នាក់ងារឃ្លាំមើលបរិយាកាស របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ។ ក្នុងចំណោមនោះ មានតែបំនែកវត្ថុត្រឹមតែ ១,០០០ទេដំណាងឱ្យ ប្រតិបត្តិការលំហអាកាស ចំនួនដែលសេសសល់ ជាកំទិចកំទី ឬសំណល់ តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ។
