Ronald Reagan was an extreme right-winger. By that quote, he meant the government isn't the solution to the problems of the wealthy, government is the problem for the wealthy.
If government isn't the solution but is the problem, then why didn't he abolish the government of the US when he was the head of the government, commonly known as president??
