Lauk Sam Rainsy is a very well educated Khmer.
He is best of the best, so he doesn't need any Adviser or Legal counsel to
advice him.
But he needs Hun Xen to let him in Cambodia for the next election,2013.
Any deal so far ?

Lok. Raingsy is a well educated man he knows what's doing . I am not a
lawyer, does he have a case against Hun Sen ? He is a French citizen
what does U.S law has to do with Cambodia ? He is not a US citizen,
the crime was committed outside U.S, the victims are Cambodian
national.Is this his last resort to buy ticket going back to Cambodia
by suing Hun Sen personally for the crime he allegedly commmited
during that time ? Does lok Raingsy have advisor or legal counsel to
advise him to bring such lawsuit ? Lok Raingsy is losing touch with
reality he makes more enemies than friends .There lots of issue in the
country which Lok Raingsy should raise such as poverty, corruption,
land grab violence etc...I would do different if I am in his shoe .
