Dear Community
Mr. Sam Rainsy will visit San Jose on March 24, 2012. Mr. Sam Rainsy will share with us the current social and economic states of Cambodia. What is economic land concession and how it affects ordinary people from urban dwellings such as Boeung Kak, Borei Keila, and Day Kroharm to indigenous area such as Prey Lang. Cambodia continues to lose forest and riverbed sand at destructive rates. Then there are factory workers who suffered mass-fainting while working. No one knows the cause and no one takes responsibility or is held accountable. They were shot at by armed guards and town mayor when they protested to demand fair compensation and treatment. Mr. Sam Rainsy will share how his political platforms can put a stop to all these situations. He will share with us recent senate election success, the plan for the upcoming commune election scheduled for the month June, and the national election in 2013. Please come and join us in welcoming Mr. Sam Rainsy at the time and place as follow: When: Saturday, March 24, 2012 11:30am - 2:30pm Place: Wat Khemara Rangsey 1594 Cunningham Ave. San Jose, CA 95122 For Flyer in Khmer - http://www.srpna.org/announcement/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/sam_rainsy_in_san_jose_march_24_2012_kh.jpg For Flyer in English - http://www.srpna.org/announcement/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/sam_rainsy_in_san_jose_march_24_2012_en.jpg [image: http://www.srpna.org/announcement/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/sam_rainsy_in_san_jose_march_24_2012_kh.jpg] [image: http://www.srpna.org/announcement/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/sam_rainsy_in_san_jose_march_24_2012_en.jpg] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Cambodia Discussion (CAMDISC) - www.cambodia.org" group.
