If it is too hard, it would be too hard too to pick up your telephone to call the Cambodian embassy. Oh mymymymyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Pick up the dam phone and call the embassy. That's the kind of things that they do. If you can't find the phone number, you have access to the internet. You'll find it there. Why are you asking people out here instead of the main people. In this case, the embassy can answer almost all of your questions if not at all. That's what they do.
If you decide to do it in anyway, your case will end up there anyway. Why why why why.........?
