Hello Perom,
I vaguely remember this article, but since January 2012 I have donated my
entire personal collection of press clips from Dec 1978 to Sept. 2006 (70+
3-ring binders and 600+ books on Cambodia) to the library of the Center for
Khmer Studies (CKS) in Siem Reap.
