La cérémonie d'incinération sera fixée ultérieurement par la famille du défunt. Monsieur KHEAN Sean fut membre fondateur de notre Comité des Frontières du Cambodge en France et dans le Monde depuis sa création, le mois d’août 1999. Il fut depuis, vice-président de notre Comité en Australie Lieutenant-colonel de notre Armée nationale, il fut successivement fonctionnaire à la Direction des Statistiques et du Plan. Il fut très actif et responsable dans sa mission patriotique. M. KHEAN Sean, nous vous remercions de votre devoir au sein de notre Comité en tant que khmer.
