To all Cambodian friends, To all Khmer compartriots, To all NGO's working in Cambodia,To all foreingns and Khmer Christian,To all my beloved Khmer Arm Force To all my beloved Khmer citizen inside and outside of Cambodia, It was Mr. Suykry Path a Cambodian-American citizen have post this article for every Cambodian who lived around the world to read, thank you Mr. Path you did a very good job. First of all I would like to say thank to Mr. Mark Rockwell, Mr. William Todd, Mr. Joseph Krol, Mr. Om Yentieng, Adrews, Sandia and Samdech Hun Sen prime minister of Cambodia.
Cambodia was a very beautiful country for thousand of years, but now because of some big mistake made by a former leaders and some old generations, Cambodia now is in demised state. Vietnam country is colonizing Cambodia since they invaded us in 1979. They force Mr. Hun Sen the prime minister of Cambodia and his CPP government in Cambodia to lies all Khmer people and some foreign country to believe that Cambodia is prosper, they respected human right and obey democracy, all of these lies were hurting Cambodian Nation badly up to this day. Next year Vietnam will build a nuclear factory for electricity purpose, but who will detect that in later stage they will secretly build a nuclear weapon to veto China influence. I wholeheartedly thank to NNSA organization who will come to trained our Khmer people in Cambodia, because if Vietnamese future nuclear factory have an accident in future, we are Cambodian who have a connecting border to Vietnam will be suffering dramatically. Thank you USA, may Almighty God bless America and Cambodia always. I also want to see USA + China + all Asean contries + UN to help Cambodia to temporaly put 5 million illegal Vientamese's immigrants + 100,000 Vietnamese Regular Arm Forces into a refugee camps which will be build along Khmer-Vietnamese borders with a peaceful solution between Cambodia and Vietnam country in the near future. NNSA announced on Feb. 21 that it formally signed a Statement of Intent (SOI) for Emergency Management Cooperation with Cambodia . At the same time, the agency said its Office of Emergency Operations is also conducting an International Radiological Assistance Program Training for Emergency Response (I-RAPTER) training in Phnom Penh with a host of the country’s government agencies, including its anti-terror, customs and defense forces. The beginning of the I-RAPTER training, said NNSA, was begun with a Feb 18 ceremony attended by U.S. Ambassador to Cambodia William Todd, Cambodia Senior Minister Om Yentieng and NNSA Associate Administrator for Emergency Operations Joseph Krol. Thirty-two representatives from the National Counter Terrorism Committee, Ministry of National Defense, Customs Department, Port Authority and Ministry of Industry, Mining and Energy attended the training, according to NNSA. “NNSA looks forward to a long and prosperous cooperation with Cambodia in nuclear and radiological emergency preparedness and response,” said Krol. “This agreement demonstrates our commitment to assist Cambodia with training, information and data exchange, drills and exercises, and some detection equipment as the initial step in our cooperation.” Todd cited the U.S. ’s continuing commitment to Cambodia and the importance of U.S.-Cambodian cooperation to prevent nuclear material from entering Cambodia . Om Yentieng, said NNSA, affirmed Cambodia ’s commitment to countering nuclear and radiological terrorism and expressed appreciation for U.S. assistance in developing his country’s emergency preparedness and response capabilities. After the opening, NNSA said Om Yentieng and Krol signed the SOI, witnessed by Todd, highlighting the positive cooperation between their respective governments. NNSA and NSTec personnel from Joint Base Andrews and Sandia National Laboratories are conducting the I-RAPTER training, said NNSA. The training uses radiation detection equipment to find hidden radioactive sources during a practical exercise. At the conclusion of the course, international first responders should be able to appropriately respond to incidents involving radioactive material, it said. NNSA said it currently collaborates with more than 80 foreign governments and 10 international organizations on projects ranging from providing assistance in improving emergency preparedness and response programs to joint collaborative activities to improve emergency management infrastructure worldwide. http://www.gsnmagazine.com/node/28607?c=cbrne_detection http://www.cambodiantimes.com/index.php/sid/212758081/scat/c7e1014a94f7e43b Suykry Path AngkorOne Charity Program Manager CMS Administration CouncilCoordinator of the Sutheast Asian History and Cultures Research Institute Email: [email protected] [email protected] Web: www.AngkorOne.com Khmers.
