A person said that poor people spent money all the time and try hard to earn their driver's license while rich people just bribe and get theirs. Why can't the government do anything to get rid of those acts? Here is what I'm saying. Cambodians shall no think about going against bad things such as what was mentioned above. We know that those bad people with money would do as such. It happens everywhere in the world in any countries. It's just the matter of a few or many. The Cambodians should not concentrate in going against those bad things. They shall think about education and training to make people learn better things. My friend, Many people disagree with this because Cambodians have a tradition of bribery. Most often time, bribery is very normal within society. A few bunch never thought that they themselves have been doing good deed for themselves. Poor people are more superior than those rich people by learning how to drive and earn their lessons the right way. Hence, they need to promote that, not fighting the bad guys. They shall show that they are better. Remember the Khmer Rouge! They did the same thing because it is popular. And they won.
