Dear Perom

It is sad and it is difficult to face with the reality in life.
I have contacted with Lakhana Sar many times via phone and e mail but
only once in person at the party " Friendships night " at Marriot.Hotel
in Arlington,VA. She sat next to my wife and we talk and talk about Lycee
Sisowath computer lab. We have a lot fun and we got more than ??? $2,000 to
buy a good copy machine for Lycee Sisowath students.

Even I never met Phalkun Tan in person but with a short period of contact
via phone and e mail, I can tell you our friend Phalkun Tan is my real
friend. .He helps me and others without condition .A friend who help you
when you need help .... I never forget about his high intellect in
Khmer,French , English, IT including a sound judgment.. One day,I contacted
you about good old Khmer song and you said he had the best
collection..but if you just look at him,you do not believe it... ..I have
told my wife and some friends/ relatives at that time that he is the *only one
Khmer *that I know who had that gift..
He left us but his legacy will stay forever .. Khmer proverb " Touk Teuv
... Kampong Neuv ..."
Like it or not, we have to accept .We all will die one day.
Keep in touch and keep doing the good work
Thank you for your friendship

My best regards

Samrang
