He is out of this one. 2- Whether he accept the result or not, he has no say. Sam Rainsy is not in the country. Any Cambodians outside the country cannot participate. So, Sam Rainsy can say anything he wants, no one is going to listen. I'm pretty sure that he's going to bark to the international community to help him. THINK! Are they going to take Sam Rainsy individually, or are they going to use him to ANHANCE democracy in Cambodia?
