As you have seen or heard, USA doesn't just go to war to help the people of a country. The war in Vietnam, the war in Iraq and Aghanistan are all the same. The interest of USA plays vital role in any diplomatic relation Now, we know this. Do you really think that Obama administration will do what you requested?
