The two camps are very different. If you believe that popularity brings votes, you must be illusion . Without taking side, we can see clearly the substance and illusion. Sam Rainsy is popular by hype. There is no substance. Listen to his speech. He only say things to arouse people to jump to hate those who are against him. He says that he loves his country. Yet he tells people to hate others.
Let us look back at the history. Cambodians were told to hate one another so someone can be in power. How many times have we heard about what they want to build their country? They don't say much because it's not popular. Let me say it again. Sam Rainsy and his party could have won so many votes if they genuinely have the substance for the country. Unfortunately they don't. The only substance they really have is to arouse people to hate one another.
