*OK!Kanarloo understood. If they are perfect, then there should be no
dispute. I understand that. Unfortunately, the world isn't that way all the
time, is it?*
*Cambodia IS NOT an under developed country. They are still working from
the ground up with whatever they have. They may not be doing it the best
they can do. Things are pretty shaky there. The Cambodian people deserve
peace and developping for the sake of their better future. I don't live
there. I don't care. I'm saying this because I care and see things that
would harm them. *
*As you already know, Cambodia has not become a trusted country when it
comes to investment from foreign countries like USA etc.... How many
American company have you seen doing business in Cambodia? You may have
seen small businesses own by people from America and many others whose
business is dealing wth prominet American businesses. As you all know, the
majority of garment factories in Cambodia are owned by people from other
countries. They produce products for American companies to sell in America.
There have been no direct business transaction between Cambodia and
America. *
*That's billions of dollars transaction. Would you want to loose it? Who is
the victims then?*

I'm not disputing what you are saying. I have never said that Hun Sen, NEC
and anything like that are good, bad and / or ugly. What I'm saying is that
political stability will not bring good things for Cambodia. The poor
people will suffer. That's what I'm saying.
Sam Rainsy and his party are in good position right now. If they want to
make the matter worse, then mass demonstration will help their cause. If
they believe in making the lives of the people better, then they ought to
think about what is better for Cambodia, not just for Sam Rainsy and his
party.

I respect your opinion. It still doesn't tell me anything about their
political stability, and future investment for growth etc...... We have
heard that Sam Rainsy and his clans preaching about giving the raise to
government workers, new programs for elderly etc.... I know they are very
popular for votes. In reality, those programs cost money. Please tell me
where they get the money from. Please don't tell me that the elimination of
corruption would help them. It's not going to happen. If those people who
suck the money into their pockets cannot make any more money, they will
shut down their businesses. Who is going to suffer? Those corrupted money
will be no more money.
Here is facts. Cambodia cannot stand on their own feet right now. They need
foreign aids to survive. It has been like that for decades. Cambodia spend
a lot more money than their own GDP. These are facts, not fiction. So how
are you going to produce new programs hoping that eliminating corruption
would solve the problems? Corruption money is not a sure thing. They may be
able to eliminate or reduce corruption. Yet, they can't get the money from
the corruption for something else because it's not going to be there.

If you have read my writing, I have never said CPP or Sam Rainsy have won
anything. I have very little interest in that. I look at the interest of
the Cambodian people who have to survive in any situation. The government
and politicians can steer their country one way or another. The people have
to go along with them. Sometimes they gain and sometimes they loose.
What I'm saying is that putting Cambodian interest first should be the name
of the game. What Sam Rainsy is trying to do like mass demonstration is not
a great interest for the Cambodian people. You may disagree with me on
that. But that's my opinion.

My friend,
The Cambodian people have the power. Hun Sen and CPP have been in power for
decades. Many Cambodians accepted them as their government. Actually, you
have seen it before your eyes. Cambodia today is the product of CPP
leadership. You cannot dispute that. You and Sam Rainsy may be able to do
better. But that is the fact.
