Dear Sir, How can Sam Rainy ability to vote be stolen if he didn't even register to vote ? The deadline hat come and gone. Sam Rainy was in France then. If they allow him to to it, the rest of the population Should have the same right. The same thing applied to Sam Reisnsy seat. He didn't register To run for any seats. How eab he run without putting his name within time permitted. ? I'm not saying that Hun Sen and CPP are right or wrong. My view is for Sam Rainy whom I don't believe to be the right person for Cambodia. It doesn't mean that I support Hun Seb either.
